Profile:
A cute girl that attends the same school as Tsuna and happens to be in his class for both years. She is known as the idol of Namimori Junior High and is also the younger sister of Ryohei. Tsuna has a huge crush on her but is too afraid to admit it to her. There are times where Kyoko shows an interest in Tsuna but it may be that she's oblivious to her own feelings for him. She knows nothing about Tsuna and Ryohei's involvement in the mafia but ponders about their whereabouts at times(future Nana, anyone?).

In the Varia arc, she begins to wonder why Ryohei has focused on something other than boxing, but then puts the thought aside when explained that he and the other boys are entering in a sumo tournament. While witnessing Ryohei's match against Lissuria, she starts to have doubts whether the sumo tournment is real or not but with more convincing, she starts to believe it is.

In the Future arc, the future Kyoko has longer hair(like in her pre-school days) and calls Tsuna "Tsu-kun". During the battle with Tazaru and Nosaru, it's assumed she was caught in an explosion. Tsuna gets blown away into a building which is also where Kyoko is but can't move due to her sprained ankle. A few minutes after Tazaru arrives, the future Kyoko disappears and her present form takes her place. During the course of the story, she is told little of what has been going on and ventures off to find her brother. On her way out, the enemy begins to look for her but she is then rescued by the future Hana. She stays with Hana for a few chapters but then returns to headquarters with Lal Mirch. While staying at the hideout, she and Haru are usually preparing food for the others or doing laundry.

Profile:
A brash, young girl that attends the same school as Tsuna and happens to be in his class for both years. Her best friend is Kyoko and is usually seen around her all the time. She always seems to spout out cocky remarks at Tsuna and wonders what Kyoko sees in him due to him being the loser of Namimori Junior High. She also thinks all the boys in school looks like monkeys and has a fascination with Lambo's older form as she fell in love with him with one glance. She can't seem to stand his child form or children in particular(she breaks out in hives).

In the Varia arc, she becomes quite suspicious of Tsuna and the others behaviour over the sumo tournament. Along with Kyoko, she also witnesses the match between Ryohei and Lissuria. Her questioning about the boys doesn't go unnoticed but at the end of the arc, she has no words to say.

In the Future arc, the future Hana rescues Kyoko from being caught by the enemy(and doesn't seem to mind that Kyoko 'shrunk'). She takes Kyoko to her house and explains that her brother has gone overseas for business reasons and contacting him has been impossible. Before Kyoko leaves with Lal Mirch, Hana bids her a sweet farewell and gives her clothing and extra food for the others.

Profile:
Longchamp is the 8th Generation boss of the Tomaso family and doesn't appear until Tsuna is in his second year of middle school(though it's noted that he has been attending Namimori Junior High). Due to Longchamp being in the Tomaso family, it seems that his and Tsuna's mafia family have an uneasy relationship. But because of Naito's lively attitude he wants nothing more than to be friends with Tsuna and his family.

His tutor is Mangusta(who is also accompanied by Lunga and Pantera) and like the Vongola family, their speciality is called the Lamentation Bullet. Because of his wild nature, Naito is always seen with different girlfriends each time Tsuna hangs out with him. His taste in girls are somewhat odd and seem to disturb Tsuna and his friends.

In the Kokuyo and Varia arc, Longchamp spends his free time dating while in the Future arc, he and Mochida have been reported to be missing.

Profile:
Mangusta is Longchamp's home tutor who seems to have little patience with him. Despite his old age, he is forced to wear a Namimori Junior High school uniform, supposedly for educational purposes. As the story progresses, his uniform changes to something similar to what a bellhop boy would wear. He wields a gun that contains the Tomaso family's special bullets called the Lamentation bullet. When struck to the head with the bullet, the person will be reborn with nothing but grief. The outcome of the bullet usually brings up sympathy from others(which Mangusta uses as an advantage) yet it has its negativity toward certain people like Hibari and Tsuna.

Due to the past conflicts between the Vongola and Tomaso family, he doesn't like the idea of Longchamp hanging out with the Tsuna and the others. He is often speaking highly of his student and compares him to Tsuna, whom he thinks isn't suitable as a great mafia leader.

In the Kokuyo and Varia arc, Mangusta and the others scold Longchamp for doing nothing but dating.

One of Lonchamp's subordinates and the shortest one to be exact. Like Pantera, he's silent but will open up to others if they bring him the flowers that bloom once a year in the Fuji forest. Though upon hearing his voice at Longchamp's house, it seems that only words that come out are harsh ones(when talking to his band member, for example). He is always seen wearing a white beanie accompanied with headphones as well as having his guitar with him at all times.

Profile:
One of Longchamp's subordinates who hasn't spoken a word in the series so far. She was also seen wearing a Namimor Junior High uniform but her usual outfits mainly consist of Gothic Lolita dresses. Her full face is never shown as her bangs cover her eyes, similar to the Varia member, Belphegor. Pantera's weapon of choice are pinwheels, which she is seen throwing at Longchamp when Tsuna and his friends come to destroy Longchamp's house.

It's noted that Longchamp and Pantera seem to have issues but the reason behind that is never revealed. (I have a feeling that it may be due to his player-like nature, haha.)

Profile:
An upperclassman that attends Namimori Junior High and is also captain of the Kendo club. He appears in the very first chapter and is the first minor rival to Tsuna, whom he sees as a pervert for confessing to Kyoko while in his boxers. Due to the disturbance that Tsuna caused toward Kyoko as well as other students in the school, Mochida challenges Tsuna to a kendo duel. Despite the fact that Mochida had his teammates have messed with Tsuna's armor and sword by putting weights in them, Tsuna still manages to win the fight against Mochida and eventually befriends Kyoko in the end.

Mochida is briefly mentioned in the Kokuyo arc and has been reported as missing in the Future arc.
