He was an orphan that was apart of the Estraneo mafia family along with Mukuro and Chikusa; his parents are unknown as well as how he ended up in the Estraneo
family. Along with Chikusa, Ken is one of Mukuro's most loyal comrades due to his and Chikusa's lives being saved after all the torture they had endured by the
older members of the Estraneo family using them as lab rats for their inhumane experiments. His overall personality is very energetic, wild, rude, and obnoxious; therefore, he is the one that usually stands out
in the group. The majority of Ken's power come from teeth cartridges. For example, if he were able to use the teeth cartridge of a cheetah, he would enable
the 'Cheetah Channel' allowing him to use the ability of that animal.
At the beginning of the Kokuyo arc, he sends Ryohei to the hospital after a discussion of whether or not Ken would join Namimori Junior High's boxing club (the end
results have Ryohei wanting Ken to definitely join). Later in the arc, it's revealed that he is an a escapee from prison and his target is Yamamoto
Takeshi (who had ranked at number two on Namimori's strongest fighters list). However, he loses the battle with Takeshi and later wakes up claiming he had
used the Possum channel to make it look like he was dead. Near the end of the arc, he was then defeated by Kyoya, but has his body possessed by Mukuro (of
whom he doesn't mind). After the battle is over and Mukuro had been purified of evil, Ken explains to Tsuna the reasons of why he and Chikusa follow Mukuro
and practically owe theirs lives to serve him, but before any other explanations could be explained, they are taken away by the Vendicare to be punished.
In the Varia arc, both Ken and Chikusa return claiming they have escaped from prison yet again with the help of Mukuro. Ken's personality remains the same
toward Tsuna and the others, but after Reborn explains to him that Tsuna had been worried for him and the other Kokuyo members, he reacts in a different
matter. Ken seems to hold a hostile behavior towards Chrome, the newest member of the Kokuyo gang and one of the Vongola Ring Gaurdians which is prehaps due
to her strong connection with Mukuro. He often calls her ugly, stupid, and other horrible names, but protects her when she comes within danger.
In the Future arc, he has yet to make a physical appearance and can only be seen through Chrome's flashbacks. However, when Chrome was in battle with the
Millefiore member, Glo Xinia, she creates the illusions of Mukuro, Ken, and Chikusa to help her fight him off.

Along with Mukuro and Ken, he was an orphan who grew up in the Estraneo mafia family. He is one of Mukuro's most loyal comrades due to the fact that he had
killed off all the older Estraneo family members; therefore, leaving Chikusa and Ken free of being tortured through all the cruel experiments. Out of the
group, Chikusa is the more quietier and calm one (a total opposite from Ken), and he usually takes orders more seriously. Due to his last name, Ken and M.M.
refer to him as "Kakipii" which is most likely a pun from the Japanese soy snacks, kaki-pi based on the seed of a Japanese persimmon (or kaki), a sweet and
tangy fruit. His weapons consist of yo-yos that shoot out poisonous needles.
In the Kokuyo arc, his opponent is Gokudera Hayato which ranked the number three spot on the list of strongest fighters going to Namimori Junior High (also a
device used to bring out the Vongola 10th). In his battle, he repeatedly asks for the Vongola boss' identity and of course, Hayato mistakenly leaks out Tsuna's
name after the he believes he defeated Chikusa. With little strength left, Chikusa shoots out the poisonous needles on Hayato and leaves to recover and report the
news to Mukuro. Towards the end of the arc, his needles are shot out on one of his own comrades, Lancia, before he can reveal the true identity of Mukuro to
Tsuna. Later, he is defeated by Kyoya and also has his body possessed Mukuro, but does not mind due to Mukuro saving both him and Ken when they were children.
After Tsuna defeats Mukuro, both Chikusa and Ken explain to him why they don't mind being sacrifices to their leader, but before any more could be heard,
they are taken away by the Vendicare.
In the Varia arc, he returns with Ken after they had escaped from prison thanks to Mukuro's help. His personality remains the same and feels indifferent to
the new member of the Kokuyo gang and one of the Vongola Ring Guardians, Chrome. But when Chrome is in danger, he helps Ken protect her especially since
she is the only one who has the ability to communicate with Mukuro.
In the Future arc, he has yet to make a physical appearances apart from Chrome's flashbacks. However, along with Mukuro and Ken, he makes an appearance as one
of Chrome's illusions to help her fight off the Millefiore member, Glo Xinia.

Lancia was an orphan adopted into a Northern mafia family in Italy and because of the kindness that was shown towards him throughout the family members, he repaid them
back by being a bodyguard as well as being the strongest guy in the area. In the Kokuyo arc, he reveals to Tsuna that he is the fake Mukuro and explains the
true story of his past. When Mukuro was still a child (most likely after the events of the Estraneo family's downfall), he was also adopted into Lancia's
mafia family and treated with the same kindness. However, due to the power of mind control that Mukuro held, he manipulated Lancia into slaying his own family.
Therefore, Lancia not only blames himself for the death of his family, but Mukuro as well. Lancia's weapon of choice is a large steel ball and chain.
During the course of the Kokuyo arc, even though he fights off each of the Vongola members, he does not have the heart to kill them. Tsuna was able to see the true, good side of Lancia
and considers him a friend. Lancia admits defeat, but before he's able to give Tsuna and the others information on the true Rokudou Mukuro, he is struck
with the poisonous needles carried by Chikusa. By the end of the arc, the Vongola medic is able to save his life from being cut off from the poisonous needles;
however, since he was apart of the Kokuyo gang, he was also taken away by the Vendicare.
In the Varia arc and the start of the Future arc, he arrives near the end to repays his debt to Tsuna and the others for treating him like an ally and kills
off some of the minor Varia members. In the morning after the battle, he is seen playing with I-Pin, Futa, and Lambo as well as accompanying Tsuna to the party held at Takeshi's house.
Just before he leaves off to Italy to repent for his sins for the cruelty that he has done to his family, Lancia gives Tsuna a special ring that belonged
to his former boss.

love as the most important thing, M.M. happens to think that most important thing in life is money (quite similar to Mammon). Her weapon consist of a
clarinet in which her special skill, "Burning Vibrato" can be used. It's power is somewhat similar to how the sound waves in a mircowave oven work except
much more powerful. Her clarinet also happens to turn into a pair of nunchucks so that she is capable for using close-quarter combat as well.

Kokuyo arc with his main targets being Kyoko and Haru. In order for Tsuna and the others to spare the lives of the girls, Birds gave out tests in which the
other Vongola members were to harm Tsuna. However, due to the older Lambo, I-Pin, and Shamal appearing before the girls to rescue them, the last test for
Tsuna to stab himself was cut short. After, Hayato beats up Birds.

Kokuyo arc watching closely over Kyoko, Hana, and Haru, and awaiting orders from Birds to kill them. However, due to Reborn's cleaverness, he had earlier
requested that Lambo, I-Pin, and Shamal look over the girls since they may be in danger. In the end, the Twins are defeated by both the older I-Pin and Shamal.
